CROSS BLADE DSC
catapults the iconic Switchblade design of the 90s into the here and now. The fork is designed for XC and gravel use and fits perfectly with classic 1 1/8” straight head tubes. As with all of our forks, you can set the installation height to create the perfect geometry for your custom bike. The dropouts are bonded to the titanium blades and offer you a 160mm flatmount direct mount. All other parts are bolted and interchangeable.
AERO KIT (optional)
contains a LEZYNE air pump, a matching pressure spring and an EXTRALITE Ultrastar expander. This allows you to make perfect use of the empty space in the right fork leg and always have a powerful pump with you, rattle-free and protected from dirt.

TIRE CLEARANCE
The tire clearance depends on the wheel radius, the installation height of the fork and the height of the fork crown. We recommend a tire clearance of no less than 15 mm. With the selected tire clearance you can easily calculate the required installation height ATC (axle to crown):
Installation height ATC = tire radius - tire clearance - fork crown height (46.5mm)
OPTIONS
The standard installation height in the store is 430mm. Shorter versions and lateral threads in the fork legs are available on request. Titanium bolts and a titanium steerer tube are optionally available. Please write us a short mail.
